MEDICAL CENTER IN NY SEEKS UROLOGIST FOR RETIRING PHYSICIAN!!

A state of the art Medical Center and Health System are recruiting for a B/E or B/C Urology Physician to replace a retiring Urologist. The new Urologist will have the complete support of the Medical staff and receive referals from over 30 primary care physicinas and 6 General Surgeons. The daily patients seen are 35-40 per day.Urological Surgeries are expected to grow signifcantly as the present Urologist is winding down his practice. The incoming candidate will also be integral in developing a Urology program and hiring staff. In addition to the main hospital facility and office, the hospital also owns a brand new Ambulatory Surgery Center with 4 operating rooms. The draw area for Urology is over 100,000 people. The Health System offers a generous base salary over 400K plus a siging bonus of 50K. They offer an Incentive bonus of 70-90% of collections after the salary and overhead have been met. There is a three year employment agreement and complete benefits and relocation package.This opportunity is located near Rochester, NY.
