This individual would also serve as Chief of Surgery and Surgical Director. He or she would work collaboratively with the Medical Director to build a nationally recognized academic and clinical program as part of a multidisciplinary pediatric referral center. Applicants must have excellent clinical skills, a commitment to education and/or research, and the ability to develop and build programs in a multidisciplinary environment. The candidate should be Board Certified in Pediatric Surgery. Leadership or management experience in academic teaching hospital(s) preferred. A competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits and relocation package are provided. They are also recruiting for entry level or experienced Pediatric Surgeons. These individuals would be part of a three-person division. The practice setting is a University Health System and Children’s Hospital with immediate plans for a 3-story addition to be completed in 2012.
