The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the School of Medicine at a North Carolina University is seeking Pulmonologists, Intensivists, and Allergists at the Assistant or Associate Professor level with a tenure track or fixed-term appointment. Due to rapid expansion opportunities exist for Fellowship Program Director, Director of Interventional Pulmonology, Co-Director of the Sleep Lab, and Head of Respiratory Therapy Services. Collaborative opportunities exist in the basic sciences departments including Physiology and Immunology with scientists involved in animal models of Asthma and Sarcoidosis. There is a large clinical base as well as a lung biology group. This clinically productive division is actively involved in the training of medical students, residents, and pulmonary/critical care fellows through its affiliation with the hospital, which is a tertiary care hospital in near coastal, North Carolina. The division recently moved into a new outpatient clinic.
