ENT NEED IN COASTAL NW FLORIDA!!!

3167-RT: There are two ENTs, one retiring in mid-2010. The retiring doc has about ¾ of a general practice available for a new person (he has limited his practice by choice). They share call for their own patients, but share ER call with another 2-man group, so call will be 1:4. There is no trauma. We project first year comp to be at least $300k plus comprehensive benefits and in the mid-$400s by the second year. This is a physician owned group with ancillaries.
