This Medical Center needs another ENT who will join a very strong Hospital employed ENT in a diverse, broad-based general Otolaryngology practice. We draw from a very large (140,000 plus) patient draw area and the ENT practice is primarily referral based and it continues to expand.

100% administrative – Responsibilities include formulating and implementing strategic plans quality initiatives to ensure attainment of operating goals and objectives. Provide executive leadership to lead hospitalist physicians and other providers. Oversee activities related to quality improvement and customer satisfaction. Drive the growth and expansion of the hospitalist program. Serve as the liaison between the organization, payers, referring physicians and the community.
